Changing the deduplication schedule
You can change the deduplication schedule by choosing to run deduplication manually, automatically, or on a schedule you select by choosing the days, times and frequency you want deduplication to run.
Steps 
1.
From the Home tab, double-click the appropriate storage system to display a subtree of management features.
2.
Click Storage > Volumes.
3.
Select the volume for which you want to modify the deduplication schedule.
4.
Click Edit.
5.
Click Deduplication.
6.
Change as needed.
7.
Click OK to save your changes.
